I'll bite and admit that I fail big time. I probably won't be able to make it.
Most of the fic as already written but I've been toying around with this idea since watching Numb3rs for the first time for awhile now and I want it to be perfect but the fic isn't really cooperating.
And because this isn't just something I thought of for this ficathon but something that's been flying around my mind for a pretty long time I don't really want to turn it in until I'm completely satisfied. I'll keep working on it but I doubt that I'll be ready on Sunday.
So I'm really sorry that I can't turn in a fic like promised. I didn't enter this ficathon with the intention of working my prompt around this idea but once I thought about it, my mind refused to come up with any other ideas so now I'm stuck with a fic that's frustrating the hell out of me but I'm determined to beat into submission.
And maybe, if it's finished by then and fits the new theme, I can submit it next ficathon?
